My name is Alberto Diaz and I’m an Innovative art director with over 20+ years leading editorial design and visual storytelling. I have expertise with magazines, Special Interest Publications (SIPs), catalogs and custom publishing projects. Leadership of freelancers, illustrators, photographers, and cross-functional editorial/marketing teams.

Prior to this position, I worked at HOLA! USA magazine where art directed & designed all pages from cover to cover of this bilingual monthly publication. Lastly, I was employed at Time inc. (People, InStyle, Time Magazine). This is where I received most of my training in editorial graphic design and was part of the team that launched People en Español, Time inc.’s version of People Magazine for the Hispanic market which became the best selling title for over two decades.

I have a passion for creating stunning visuals for both print & digital formats and I'm always eager to learn new applications and production techniques.
